Reservations

To make reservations with NobuTourism, we offer various methods, including WhatsApp, email, phone, our website, or third-party platforms. If you choose to reserve through WhatsApp, email, or phone, please provide all necessary details to ensure an efficient and effective response in finalizing the reservation. 

Reservations made through our website are instantaneous. It’s important to note that when booking through third-party platforms, the values may vary due to the fees applied by these platforms. Please be aware that when using the before mentioned booking methods, the fees reflect the taxes established by Portuguese law.

All services purchased from NobuTourism Portugal are private. Considering the calendar, we always recommend our clients or users to consider making reservations in advance, though it’s not mandatory, for tours, transfers, and personalized services.

The values practiced by NobuTourism Portugal include VAT taxes at 6%.

Payment

We require the full payment to be done upfront in order to book our tours.

Payment can be made through the following methods: bank transfer or online via credit card. You can also pay using Revolut transfer. Please note that for any payment transaction made through an ATM machine, NobuTourism Portugal will charge a fee for this service.

Cancelation

NobuTourism Portugal applies the following cancellation fees:

-> The reservation payment is refundable up to 5 days before the scheduled/reserved service date. After the 5-day period, NobuTourism Portugal provides refunds based on the following criteria:

    With a maximum notice of 4 days before the scheduled/reserved service, the refund is 85%.

    With a maximum notice of 2 days before the scheduled/reserved service, the refund is 50%.

  If the notice is less than 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled/reserved service, there will be no refund by NobuTourism Portugal.

-> It should be noted that the 3% booking fee is non-refundable.

-> If the customer wishes to change the date of the tour, transfer, or personalized service, it will only be possible at the complete discretion of NobuTourism Portugal, depending on availability.

-> All services will have a scheduled start time. The customer has a 30-minute grace period. If the customer does not appear, the service is automatically void, and no refund will be provided.

-> All services will have a scheduled end time. There will be a predetermined time limit, and any extension may incur additional charges depending on the circumstances for which the customer is responsible.

-> Injuries or illnesses are the responsibility of each guest.

Force Majeure

It is hereby stated that NobuTourism Portugal does not accept any responsibility for circumstances in which services provided by this entity, even with the utmost care, cannot be foreseen or prevented. Such situations include, but are not limited to: war, threat of war, terrorist activities, government actions, strikes or civil unrest, natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic activity, floods), fires, thefts, technical transportation issues, flight cancellations, airport and/or cruise closures, and/or any type of transportation, whether public or private, quarantine, epidemic, virus, weather conditions, and other events beyond our reach/control.

Prices

NobuTourism Portugal reserves the right to modify any values for economic purposes, such as fluctuating exchange rates, inflation, supplier cost increases, or any other reason at the discretion of NobuTourism Portugal.

If any changes to values occur, it will not affect reservations already confirmed by NobuTourism Portugal.

By booking any activity, you fully and clearly understand and accept all the Terms and Conditions presented on this website.

Personal Property

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their personal belongings are always secure. NobuTourism Portugal is not responsible for any losses, thefts, or damages to property, whether suffered or caused.

Age Restrictions

Everyone is welcome. Children special car seats are required for children under 12 years old, the costumer will need to notify NobuTourism Portugal at the time of the booking. NobuTourism Portugal is not responsible if the service cannot be completed due to a lack of a baby seat/child seat. In Portugal, the use of child car seats is mandatory, as stipulated in Article 55 of the Highway Code. Violation of this article is considered a serious offense and is subject to fines exceeding €120 per child.

We always request the identification of any accompanying children along with their respective ages.

Guest Behavior

The safety, security, and protection of our clients is our priority. If, in the opinion of our team, there is a lack of safety, comfort, or protection for guests and/or members of our team, the group leader will be asked to maintain order. Failure to comply with behavioral norms may result in the termination of the activity, transfer, or personalized service, with no refund provided.

Smoking

Smoking any type of tobacco, including electronic or vaping devices, is prohibited inside the vehicle. If a client is caught smoking in the vehicle, they must leave the activity immediately without a refund.

Photography

Upon booking, you agree and authorize the use of any films, sounds, or other recordings, photographs, in which you may be partially or wholly included, by NobuTourism Portugal as deemed appropriate for any promotional or advertising purposes without prior consent. If you do not wish to be filmed and/or photographed by our team, please inform us before booking or at the time of the services.

Pets

While pets are wonderful companions, due to limitations imposed by Portuguese law and the nature of our activities, we do not allow any type of animals.

Discretion

All reservations are subject to the availability of NobuTourism Portugal, and there may be occasions where any reservation is refused or canceled.
