After this 5-day period, NobuTourism Portugal provides refunds according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">&nbsp; <\/span><b style=\"font-size: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-secondary );\">\u2013&nbsp;<\/b>With notice given <strong>up to 4 days before<\/strong> the scheduled\/reserved service date, the refund will be <strong>70%<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); font-size: inherit;\">&nbsp; <b>\u2013&nbsp;<\/b><\/span>ith notice given <strong>up to 2 days before<\/strong> the scheduled\/reserved service date, the refund will be <strong>50%<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-secondary ); font-size: inherit;\">&nbsp; <b>\u2013&nbsp;<\/b><\/span>If notice is given <strong>less than 2 days (48 hours)<\/strong> before the scheduled\/reserved service date, <strong>no refund will be provided<\/strong> by NobuTourism Portugal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The <strong>3% booking fee is non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If the client wishes to change the date of a tour, transfer, or customized service, this will only be possible <strong>at the sole discretion of NobuTourism Portugal and subject to availability.<\/strong><\/p><p>All services will have a <strong>pre-scheduled start time<\/strong>. The client has a <strong>30-minute grace period<\/strong>. If the client does not appear within this period, the service will automatically be considered a <strong>no-show<\/strong>, and <strong>no refund will be issued.<\/strong><\/p><p>All services will also have a <strong>defined end time<\/strong>.
